FAQs
Is there a limit to the number of videos I can make?
Nope! All of our single-user and group memberships include unlimited videos. No limits so make as many as you need.
How do I change my payment method?
If you would like to change the credit card you have associated with your membership, click ‘My Account’ at the top of The Hub. Under the Billing section, select ‘Update Credit Card.’

How many different styles are there?
We have an ongoing monthly rotation of 5-10 styles available for you to choose from. We are creating new styles every month and will rotate them in alongside user favorites. We will stick with a limited number of available styles during any given month to avoid giving our users decision fatigue and get them back to selling homes.
How do I cancel my membership?
We want to do everything we can to offer you a service you won’t want to be without, but if it turns out you don’t love it, click the ‘My Account’ link at the top right of The Hub. From there, you can click ‘View or Cancel Plans’ under the Billing section.

Can I customize the videos?
There are many services and apps available that you can use to flex your creative muscles to make further customized videos. The service we offer at Go Video Go is for the individuals who don’t have the creativity or time to spend making videos. We help you spend time supporting your current clients while also acquiring new ones.
We put a lot of time into making every style attractive, compatible, and effective.
Can I make videos for other real estate agents?
If a single person needs to make videos for multiple real estate agents, please sign up for the group account that covers the number of agents you need.
Individual user accounts cover videos made for a single agent. If you need assistance upgrading your account to a Group Account, please email adam@govideogo.com
Can I share my account?
We have plans made specifically for teams. If you require multiple users, select one of our unlimited group plans.
